Sammi Tsui服務態度太差 想了解其他香水的味道 跟店員說了以往購買經驗 還不斷質疑客人 Aesop每家的服務真的都很糟
The service attitude is so bad, I want to know the smell of other perfumes, I told the staff about the past purchase experience, but she keep questioning the customers.
CLAIRE HUANG服務態度非常的差勁，原本是Aesop 的長期用戶，已經開始對他們的員工訓練感到失望，進店詢問香水，說不提供紙張因爲環保，要直接噴於消費者手中，如果遇到過敏現象誰來負責，最後還要幫他想噴哪，才拿出他們的香水包噴在上面，也不介紹香水的前中後調，問是什麼味道也只會說是最新款，我知道有最新款才來，連最基本的‘’介紹產品‘’也不會，服了！
The service attitude is very poor, originally is a long-time user of Aesop, has begun to feel disappointed with their staff training,even the most basic ”introduction of the product” 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
