The service attitude is very poor, originally is a long-time user of Aesop, has begun to feel disappointed with their staff training,even the most basic ”introduction of the product” 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
服務態度太差 想了解其他香水的味道 跟店員說了以往購買經驗 還不斷質疑客人 Aesop每家的服務真的都很糟

服務態度非常的差勁,原本是Aesop 的長期用戶,已經開始對他們的員工訓練感到失望,進店詢問香水,說不提供紙張因爲環保,要直接噴於消費者手中,如果遇到過敏現象誰來負責,最後還要幫他想噴哪,才拿出他們的香水包噴在上面,也不介紹香水的前中後調,問是什麼味道也只會說是最新款,我知道有最新款才來,連最基本的‘’介紹產品‘’也不會,服了!
