台北市室內遛小孩的好去處? 就算下雨也不用怕啦！裡面還有冷氣，好蘇胡～ 開放時間：週二至週日9：00至17：00（免費參觀） 休館時間：週一及國定假日休館 憑身分證、駕照、健保卡、護照可免費租借華/英/日/客/台語音導覽器、輪椅及嬰兒推車，請洽1樓服務台。 請筆記 ?建議從四樓一路逛下來比較順唷！ 四樓「時空對話廳」與「發現劇場」。為一個「現代小博物館」，館內不僅展示臺北的城市記憶，也展現城市的自然生態及藝術文化風情，是市民及遊客探索台北市的窗口，每隔一段時間還會推出特展加深加廣看台北市的角度，是一座屬於市民、城市、與參觀者互動對話、讓市民親近市府的管道的現代化展演平台，肩負社會教育、市政宣導及城市行銷之責。 一到四樓可以先去看「發現劇場」的展出時間，一邊逛逛四樓的模型，了解以前的台北市歷史，一邊等候有趣又豐富精彩的劇場影片? 三樓則是「城市探索廳」也有展出台北市模型，有趣又好玩！還有一些互動設施?? 二樓是常態展～可惜去的時候在裝修 一樓大廳。 注意⚠️「發現劇場」不能錄影、拍照喔?注意‼️ 也禁止在此內飲食，一起維護環境吧❤️
冷氣很涼，腹地廣大，但展覽稍嫌無趣，互動的展品不多，若能設計更多小孩能玩的產品會更棒
可以免費參觀，裡面有很多可以玩可以看，老少咸宜 從1F進去可以走樓梯上樓，有問題志工會協助 2F有期間特展 3F有台北市城市探索介紹 4F有台北市歷史介紹跟發現劇場 每個樓層設計都很好且有互動性 發現劇場的影片製作很用心，每一部影片都很好看且有特色，360度的環形螢幕和旋轉平台，會讓人想一部接著一部看，中場休息時間也不會太久

There is a 360-degrees movie theater with short (18 minutes) videos about Taipei, also having English subtitles. The theater floor rotates, giving a neat effect.

Frederic HeckmannNice exhibition. It is not often shown by the tourist guides but it is actually quite good. It mainly focuses on Taipei and it’s surrounding. It is quite easy to spend 1 or 2 hours depending of your interest. It’s a bit tricky to find the entrance but just ask the from desk information.
H YoOoNNot bad to learn Taipei. However, it could be greater if
1)direction was clearly indicated. It took nearly 20mins to find the centre after walking up and down in the building. (Most people I met in the building could not speak English)
2)clearly state what they want to show/let us learn. Felt like they just spread out whatever they wanted to show without clear theme.
3)seemed the centre has not been updated for a decade. – could be greater when they updated.
Single JourneyI visit there once, but this year i do visit again. I invite all to explore and see how taipei became most popular destination. Experience the culture, from the past to present. You can enjoy here…
M XLove the place! Great for kids and adults, fun, cultural, historical and educational. It would be nice if there’s a place where families could rest and snack a bit. We had to cut it short coz the kids were hungry… The AC was on but it was still hot in there… It would also be nice if there’s a playground nearby…

Arvin WuThis place is the perfect place to get to know Taipei, its history and its development. So if you only have short time to explore Taipei, better to out this place on your itinerary. You can check their movie show time on their website and make sure you come earlier to get your seat.
V CrawfordDo not miss this museum in city hall, and try to catch the high-tech movies (there’s a long lunch break but they’re all worth seeing). It’s free and has three floors of exhibits, so allow several hours to enjoy the old pop culture and imaginative displays (lots of intricate models). There’s a little mall in the basement too, used to have cheapest barber so I took my kids there.

Roy WangA nice free-of-charge historical exhibition located inside the Taipei City Government Hall and a good place to get a basic understanding of Taipei City’s historical, economical, and social developments dating back to the late Qing Dynasty. In anticipation of the 2017 Summer Universiade taking place this August, the 2nd floor also features a small exhibit now on Chinese Taipei teams’ past achievements and glory on the international stage.
G AquinoIt could very well be Taipei’s history museum. It’s fascinating to learn about the city’s geologic past, its colonial and modern history, the cultural and economic importance of its current districts, and initiatives to make the city more livable. There is a revolving theater showing short films on various aspects of life in Taipei.
The exhibits are described in both Chinese and English. Admission is free. Allot at least an hour when visiting. This is one of the few places in the City Hall building that is open on weekends. However, like most museums in the city, it is closed on Mondays.
linda kyonA lot of interactive stuffs in this place, free entrance (with ID card or ARC or passport) and you can enjoy 360 degrees theatre too! Additionally, on the second floor you can enjoy special exhibition that usually will be take a place for 6 months. Worth to go~
