I am an old Citibank customer (over 30 years), my feeling is Citibank is very professional and customer-oriented.
Since DBS acquired Citibank, I received a DBS Digibank Card (簽帳金融卡) in early Aug, and asked me to verify my Identification before Aug 11, I completed it successfully. Then to activate it on/after Aug 14, I entered DBS Digibank App on Aug 14, it shows…(according to my memory, not exactly the same as following display)
“We are unable to process ….please call service center 02-6612****,
Understand”
I called the service center, it is a general/standard service center, no help to answer or solve my DBS Debit Card activation problem. By the way, I still don’t realize the above “Understand” mean, maybe it means “You should understand, I can’t help you, you should try to solve the problem by yourself”.
To me, DBS has lost it’s credibility at first stage.
I entered the DBS Digibank App everyday starting Aug 14, up until Aug 17 (three days later), I finally can enter it and activate my account. Thanks God, all my Citibank saving and mutual fund remain intact at new DBS banking system.
I live in Tien Mu, I want to acquaint DBS Tien Mu branch operation as I may visit later, in the mean time to change my password in new DBS Digibank Card, as it must be done in an ATM machine. I went into it the guard told me that they don’t have ATM machine, if I want to get money from ATM, I can go to opposite KGI bank. What a depressed, I brought DBS Digibank Card to try to finish changing password job at DBS Tien Mu branch, but I can’t, and was asked to go to other banks to do it. Is this DBS’s attitude to treat a new customer?
My overall feeling from the above experiences, DBS as a whole just don’t know the most fundamental marketing knowledge, that is customer-oriented, they are a self-centered Company.

Yuli Hsiao辦事態度差要不是花旗轉星展可能不會踏進來,問什麼都要再問人,要不就要去找隔壁的承德分行,這種服務態度跟專業還可以留在這,這間公司也太好了,推薦找不到工作,或沒專業的人歡迎來應徵星展應該很好錄取。

自從星展銀行收購了花旗銀行後,我在8月初收到一張星展簽帳金融卡,並要求我在8月11日前驗證身份,我順利完成了。然後需在8月14日之後才能啟用它,我在8月14日進入DBS Digibank App,它顯示……(根據我的記憶,與下面的顯示不完全一樣)

理解”
我致電服務中心,這是一個普通/標準服務中心,沒有幫助或解決我的簽帳金融卡啟用問題。順便說一句,我還是不瞭解上面的“理解”是什麼意思,也許它的意思是“你應該瞭解,我幫不了你,你應該嘗試自己解決問題”。
對我來說,星展銀行在第一階段就失去了可信度。
我從8月14日之後,我每天都進入DBS Digibank App,直到8月17日(三天後),我終於可以進入並啟用我的賬戶了。感謝上帝,我所有的花旗銀行儲蓄和共同基金在新的星展銀行系統中都完好無缺。
我住在天母,我想熟悉星展天母分行的操作,因為我稍後可能會去拜訪,同時也更改我在新的星展簽帳金融卡中的密碼,因為它必須在 ATM 機上完成。我進去之後,保安告訴我他們沒有ATM機,如果我想從ATM取錢,我可以去對面的凱基銀行。這是多麼令人沮喪,我帶著星展簽帳金融卡試圖在星展天母分行完成更改密碼的工作,但是沒辦法,並被要求去其他銀行去做,這就是星展銀行對待新客戶的態度嗎?
從以上經歷,我總體感覺,整個星展銀行就是不知道最基本的營銷知識,就是以客戶為中心的理念,他們是一家以自我為中心的公司。

Randy Lee辦事效率非常的差 等待的客戶很多但永遠只有兩個櫃檯在運作 DBS明顯把人力安排在推銷金融產品 但是最基本的銀行業務做得非常糟

Audrey可以理解花旗轉換後過渡時間,但是以消費者角度無法理解接受星展銀行將所有提款機全部取消~
更具備更實踐綠色金融,來超越傳統銀行的框架~但也請了解在地相關問題,台灣的銀行受很多限制,跨行存款/轉帳限額等等不便~
請至少有存款機器。
其他至少APP可以解決,謝謝

藍文濱星展銀行各分行於2020年初陸續撤離ATM服務,但自2019/12/1起可於其他體系銀行之ATM作領款動作,且不需支付跨行手續費,服務動能及範圍廣闊,其他相關問題可洽各分行暸解.
目前全台各銀行(含便利商店內或賣場)設立約有31802台ATM,提供資料供參考.(根據金管會統計,今年7月底止,國內建置金融自動化設備機器ATM總數高達3萬1,802台,較去年底增加928台,等於每723位國人就共用一台ATM,台灣ATM密集度依舊是世界第一。2021年9月22日更新)
