The service attitude is very poor, and the bank staff can’t give customers transparent information. The procedures and the working days explained by the staffs are different every time I asked. Every time the answer i got is different. It was originally said that the bank card after the transfer can be processed in about a week, but in fact it actually took more than three weeks to have it done. I do not appreciate the attitude of the staff. Second, it’s during the process of the service, there are other customers constantly coming in and interrupting which makes me feel very disrespected. Such a service will not be a bank that can manage your private account at ease for you. I would not recommend choosing this bank branch. Lastly, if you are a foreigner and need English services, I do not recommend choosing this branch as well; even though, they showed English service sign outside their bank. After many times I accompanied my foreign friend to this bank dealing with her account, the bank staff showed quite a deficiency in English ability, which also made my foreign friend feel disrespected, and has a very bad impression about this bank.
本來是一家很友善的老分行但現在變成萬分官僚式的分行,不但沒要改進,而且是越變越差,理級管理高姿態自認公家機構鐵飯碗,讓前面小行員擋事,不要在此開戶,能少存便少存,數十年老戶頭的心聲。

因為疫情關係,很多行員都隔離中。
今早去辦外幣帳戶,不會因為人手不足怠慢,陳行員效率、服務都非常好。
我還要再稱讚另一位行員,姓高的男行員,坐在陳行員鄰座,對待客人也非常親切,做事俐落,也很樂意協助同事,看他跑來跑去的,好辛苦。

每個都在比動作慢 每個都不想叫號
要等6個人才輪到 居然等了快1小時
這間不管叫號輪流的速度,就算看到人在等,他們還是都會做自己的事,而且沒有服務任何人。號碼牌抽爽的。
來開戶,說「廁所沒外借」。
外借不是說不外借給不是客人的嗎?這到底是我中文不好還是?
都說明我走不過去,就是身體不適,硬要我走到市場借廁所???

第一銀行的前身由儲蓄銀行,商工銀行,新高銀行,嘉義銀行四間銀行合併。成立於1899年。是一個很有歷史的銀行。
官股銀行的服務ˊ總是比不上私人銀行。
櫃台那麼多,辦事員才兩位,等候一堆人
服務態度很差,銀行人員沒辦法給客戶透明的資訊,前後程序跟工作日,每次問答案都不一樣,原本說可以一星期左右辦好拿到轉籍後的銀行卡,等了快三個禮拜,也還沒有拿到。我很不欣賞服務人員的態度,再來是在服務的過程,不斷有其他客戶差進來,讓我感覺很不被尊重。這樣的服務不會是對管理你私人帳戶安心的銀行,我很不推薦在這個分行辦事。最後,如果你是外國人,需要英語服務,我也很不推薦,在多次陪伴我的外國朋友來這間銀行辦理事務,銀行人員都展現了相當匱乏的英語能力,也讓我外國朋友覺得不尊重,有著很差的觀感。

門口有一間週六,日才會出現的雞蛋糕的小攤販,名叫 ❲賜福❳ 超級好吃的。推薦給各位。
雖然是被台北車站第一銀行丟過來的,至少願意幫忙開戶,卡沒辦法馬上拿,一律郵寄(7天工作天),如果信用卡還必須審核薪資或前一間公司薪資,要辦趕時間要考慮
缺點:超不方便過來開戶的,從火車站過來至少花了一小時,含走路跟等公車坐車
