I had a very bad experience today in HSBC Linkou branch today. There was a girl called Silvia Qiao sitting at the reception and her attitude was really awful!
I told her I would like to open a Premier Account in Taiwan because I had the same Premier Account in HSBC HK and I wanted to connect two bank accounts so that I can do the T/T from HSBC HK to HSBC Taiwan. There was no customer (I mean zero customer found in the branch except me ) in the branch but she told me she was very busy and couldn’t open the account for me today, and she asked me to come back after the long holiday (after Apr 6). Today is March 29! I can understand opening an account may need to make an appointment but it doesn’t mean she can use the excuse of “very busy” to turn me down. She can explain to me the procedure and cannot show me her long face. Is it a proper service? That is very impolite! The key is no customers are in the branch but I can see several staffs there. How can she tell me she is busy? What kind of service level she is now offering to her Premier Account customer? In HK, my account manager is very helpful and he knew I was busy in office and occupied by meetings all the time so that he would prepare everything to me and just let me sign the documents. That is! He helps me save a lot of time. Time is money! Why the service level in HSBC Taiwan is so terrible? They are now discriminating Hong Kong people? I can make a complaint!

1. 10/9完成開戶線上預約、資料上傳與填寫 因板橋分行開戶人數多時間不好配合 故選擇林口分行”10/12 12-15時開戶” 同時收到簡訊通知報到時間與應備文件 即表示與客戶約定完成
2. 昨10/11下午4時許 接獲林口分行通知開戶有地緣限制 希望我到板橋分行開戶 小姐告知會連絡板橋分行看是否能夠於12日下午安插進去辦理開戶 並承諾今12日中午12時前回電告知
3.今12日13時尚未接獲林口分行電話 致電過去某位小姐接聽告知狀況比較急 這樣我不知道是否該出門 請她盡快幫我詢問後回電給我 小姐也說好
4. 到目前為止12日15:01仍未接獲任何電話 質疑貴公司人員工作效率與謹慎程度? 如此線上預約系統意義就蕩然無存 與客戶的約定也只是隨口說說 把客戶當猴子耍 戲弄?
跨國銀行所有員工都非常國際化且專業,從網上 make appointment開始,到必須更改會面開戶時間,開戶作業以及相關問題諮詢,直到手機APP操作整個流程有效率且流暢。從接待的助理林小姐、到理專客戶關係經理 Minna, 還有稅務諮詢的Harrison,都熱忱、和藹可親且專業,滿分!
感謝Jessie Yu的專業服務,不僅業務熟練,而且態度親和,耐心解決客戶的需求,體現了國際級銀行的服務水準!
老實說沒碰過態度那麼差的理專(男性),評分那麼低不是沒有原因

到目前為止我所知道的最糟糕的銀行,他們的自動櫃員機在我取錢的時候幾乎有一半都失敗了。請建議不要使用他們銀行的服務,因為他們的保全不尊重而且態度惡劣。
去之前已經致電客服詢問幫小孩開戶的準備事宜,電話客服沒有先提及父母需要一併開戶,但這沒關係,現場一併開戶很簡單。
到現場入門的小姐聽到是幫小孩開戶,就不停重複告知這裡是專門開投資理財的帳戶,詢問幫小孩開戶是要做什麼?回答一般存錢又再重複告知是專門投資理財的帳戶。意思是如果沒有鉅款要投資就無法開戶。聽聞此說法要離去,小姐才說出如果小孩要開戶父母一人也要一起開戶。
一起開戶有很難嗎?只是單純不想讓小孩開戶吧!還是匯豐銀行官網直接寫明無法提供孩童開戶的服務就好了,不要浪費別人時間!
評價低不是沒有原因,已上網預約開戶時段,指定時間到現場被專員請回,原因是‘手邊還有事情要忙’,‘打電話給我沒接’,實在太客氣 & 高品質服務

我告訴她我想在台灣開一個Premier帳戶,因為我在香港的匯豐銀行有相同的Premier帳戶,我想把兩個戶口綁定,並從香港的匯豐銀行進行電匯到台灣的匯豐銀行。 當時分行中沒有客戶(我的意思是零客戶,只有我一個客戶),但她告訴我她很忙,今天無法為我開設帳戶,要我年假後(4月6日)後再來,但今天才是3月29日!我可以理解,開設一個帳戶可能需要預約,但這並不意味著她可以以“非常忙”為由拒絕我。 她可以慢慢向我解釋開戶程序,但絕不能給我臭臉,這是應有的服務態度嗎? 那是很不禮貌的! 重點是分行中沒有客戶,但卻有幾名員工。 她怎麼能告訴我她很忙? 她現在向Premier Account客戶提供什麼樣的服務水平? 在香港,我的客戶經理非常樂於助人,他知道我一直在辦公室裡很忙碌,一直忙於開會,我只要給他打個電話,告訴他我要辦甚麼服務,他便會為我準備所有文件,然後讓我在文件上簽字就好了,省了我不少時間,時間就是金錢! 為什麼台灣匯豐銀行的服務水平是如此糟糕?我現在是歧視我香港人嗎?我可以去投訴的!
I don’t think people can use HSBC Taiwan service anymore!

這分行真的很爛,櫃檯一個女的,前幾個月去開外幣帳戶,資料什麼都填寫完成,回家有又打給我說欠資料無法完成,浪費大家時間嗎
