SZ Z如果有人想體驗什麼叫做最爛的人力資源和管理，一定要趕快來面試這家公司的職務，越多人來越好，才能知道在2023年的今天，下限可以秀到什麼程度。2個禮拜前越好的線上面試，在面試前15分鐘草率的發來取消通知，裡面沒有任何的原因解釋，一直到本人去信，才被告知說“因為公司發現這個職務一直找不到合適的人，所以停止招募”，當然咯，這種連最基本公司形象都不知道，不，是做人基本禮貌都不知道的爛公司，是想找到什麼樣子的人才，給你一顆星都嫌太多！

Approached by their talent acquisition in nearly two weeks ago to schedule an on line interview but was told through ONLY a cancellation notice 15 mins priority to the scheduled time that this opening is closed as there were no appropriate talents found.
Despite’s whether if I was treated as a talent (or a human being instead), this very disrespectful behavior indicates how they could treat their valuable manpower assets and their very poor way of management.
Thus unless you are looking for a life time worse experience, just don’t waste of your value life time with them, you will surely be regret!
